Fadumo Malow serves as the Program Officer for Better Way Foundation. Her career has focused on working with local, national, and global organizations in advancing community impact through resource development and philanthropic investments.

Prior to joining Better Way Foundation, Fadumo served as the Director of Strategic Engagement and Initiatives for Casey Family Programs, a function within the Office of the CEO. She managed a portfolio of regional and national initiatives focused on advancing child and family well-being through multi-sector collaborations as part of Casey Family Programs Building Communities of Hope efforts. She has worked in the areas of poverty, homelessness, education, and public health, helping create innovative solutions through transformational philanthropy with organizations such as City Year, United Way and Mayo Clinic. Fadumo holds a Bachelors in Global Health from Arizona State University, and a Masters in Public Administration from The University of Washington.

Fadumo lives in the Twin Cities area with her family and enjoys live music and supporting local events.
